FluorChem Systems

Using advanced electrically cooled SuperChemiNova CCD camera technology, the FluorChem provides real time display and the R.S.D.P. standard of resolution, sensitivity, dynamic range and performance. The FluorChem is ideal for chemiluminescence, fluorescence, and visible imaging applications.

The FluorChem HD Imaging System is our most innovative design and offers the leading combination of resolution, sensitivity and dynamic range. The FluorChem HD® Imaging System comes with AlphaEase® v4.0 Image Analysis software that combines unrivalled ease of use with a comprehensive set of documentation, analysis and image enhancement tools.

MICROSCOPY IMAGING SYSTEMS:

SpectraImager
This system is ideal for capturing brightfield and darkfield fluorescence, colorimetric transmitted and reflective light samples with extremely high resolution and sensitivity. The SpectraImager is a cooled colour CCD imaging system that features a 1392 x 1040 resolution CCD camera capable of generating 24/36-bit colour or 8/12-bit greyscale images.  Included is the SpectraImager AlphaEase  32-bit software for TWAIN controlled image acquisition, enhancement, archiving, documentation and analysis for high-density array, MW/rf, 1D-multi, 2D-spot densitometry, automatic object counting, gel scoring and object distance measurement. Also included is Image Analysis Software for morphology and object counting.  The SpectraImager is suitable for use with all imager systems and the only requirements are a trinocular microscope and C-mount adapter magnification of >0.63.

AlphaEaseFC SoftwareThe AlphaEaseFC software offers image acquisition, enhancement, analysis and management, all in an easy to use format withAlphaEaseFC software is compatible with MAC or PC computers. Additionally, AlphaInnotech offers free lifetime upgrades for all AlphaEaseFC software packages.

Alpha-GelFox 2D Software
This software is ideal for the fast-expanding field of Proteomics.  Software features include automated spot detection and measurement; automated or semi-automated matching of spots between gels; change visualization in protein expression; two methods of molecular weights and pl determination; several data tables that include a wide range of measurement fields plus unique and powerful tools for comprehensive interrogation of 2D gel data sets.

ArrayEase - Advanced Array Analysis Software
The Advanced Array Analysis Software is designed for the analysis of micro and macro array experiments.  Operated in a Windows 2000 or NT environment, the software can automatically or manually find defined spots and allows automatic or manual editing.  Users can establish presence flagging; automatic update of calibration results when any attribute is changed; individual spot annotation and labelling; multi-gel montage; spot data and comparison tables and area of interest processing.

DE500 RANGE

MultiImage FC Light Cabinet:
This completely sealed light cabinet is compatible with the M-series of UV Transilluminators and includes a camera enclosure safety top, with an easy access door. The camera and zoom lens are firmly attached to the top of the enclosure.  A large single front door allows easy access to the light box, with an
overrideable UV cutoff switch to prevent UV exposure when the door is open.  A convenient pull out sliding tray provides easy access to the UV Transilluminator for gel removal.  A fold down, 21x31cm white light table provides even white light transillumination.  The built in motorized filter wheel allows easy access to 5 optical filters for SYBR Green, EtBr, SYPRO Orange, SYPRO Red, Texas Red, chemiluminescence, coomassie blue and silver staining.  All lighting and filter wheel options are controlled via the ergonomic touch panel display.  Dual internal lights provide even illumination across the surface of the sample for focusing, documentation and analysis. 

MultiImage II Light Cabinet:
This completely sealed light cabinet is compatible with the M-series of UV Transilluminators has a small footprint of 38cm x 51cm.  The camera and zoom lens firmly attached to the top of the enclosure.  A large single front door allows easy access to the light box with an
