Analytical
& Diagnostic Products has fully equipped workshops in Johannesburg, Cape
Town and Port Elizabeth. The Technical division stocks an
extensive range of instrument spares including circuit boards and
mechanical components for all instruments presently in use in the
country.
The
in-house technical staff has long term experience in Chromatography,
Luminescence, Immunoassay (ELISA),
alpha, beta and Gamma counting technologies. Prompt and
professional support to customers is of
paramount importance.
Analytical
& Diagnostic Products not only provides excellent technical support,
but customers also receive comprehensive product training from our
technical representatives. The demonstration facilities at our premises also
serve as a customer training center, if training is not provided at the
customer's own laboratory.
The
demonstration and customer training facility is fully equipped with all
the necessary instrumentation and consumable supplies required to
perform assays. customers can use the instrumentation and practice
the operation of both hardware & software under the supervision of
our highly skilled technical representatives.
Demonstration videos or
slides, featuring test procedures can be shown to assist with the
training exercises. In addition, Analytical & Diagnostic
Products has compiled Short Hand User's Instructions for most of the
instruments and kits we sell. Customers will receive copies of the
manuals for their own use.
