Buffered Peptone Water HQ (ISO) – Ready-to-Reconstitute Bags are convenient, pre-measured media packs designed to prepare 20 L of enrichment broth. Each bag contains irradiated, dehydrated culture media that requires reconstitution with sterile deionized or RO water. This non-selective pre-enrichment medium is used for the isolation of Salmonella spp. from food, animal feed, and environmental samples, in accordance with ISO 6579-1:2017. It is suitable for use with Salmonella Selective Supplement (NCM4000) as part of the One Broth One Plate alternative workflow for Salmonella testing.
