One Plate Yeast and Mold Diagnostic Supplement is used in combination with One Plate for Yeast and Mold (OP-YM) agar for rapid method for the enumeration of yeasts and molds using traditional culture methodology regardless of the water activity (aw). Addition of the supplement to OP-YM allows for the coloration of yeast making differentiation and enumeration simpler and faster.
