The Neogen® Sponge-Stick features a durable, biocide-free cellulose sponge designed for effective environmental and food surface sampling. Mounted on a handle for hygienic collection and easy access to hard-to-reach areas such as drains, pipes, and around equipment, it helps maintain sample integrity without direct contact. Suitable for dry-only environments or use with in-house/pre-mixed buffers, the highly absorbent sponge effectively captures and releases samples without excess dripping. Each unit includes a printed sample bag for safe transport and easy sample identification, and is gamma irradiated to maintain aseptic conditions.
